These terms govern your use of winyourzip.com, operated by Data Bridge Studio LLC under the Win Your Zip brand. By using the site or submitting a form you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

The site and the audit

The site describes our services for roofing contractors and lets you request a free Lead Response Audit or an availability check. Submitting a form is a request, not a contract for leads. Lead programs are set up under a separate written agreement.

By requesting the audit you confirm you are authorized to act for your company and you authorize us, for 7 days from sign-up, to contact your company’s public intake channels (web forms, phone lines and voicemail) the way a prospective homeowner would, to time and score the responses. We will not book real appointments, will not record calls, and will close out every inquiry at the end of the test. The audit report is for your company’s internal use.

Text-message terms

• Program: Win Your Zip account and service messages, such as audit confirmations, results-call reminders, availability replies and related follow-ups.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact hello@winyourzip.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, submit forms for a company you are not authorized to represent, interfere with the site, or use automated tools to access it.

Content and marks

The site’s content and the Win Your Zip name and wordmark belong to Data Bridge Studio LLC. You may not copy or use them without written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and the audit are provided “as is.” Audit results reflect the inquiries we sent during the test window and are not a guarantee of your company’s performance or of future lead results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the audit is limited to $100.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version.
