Win Your Zip (“we,” “us”) is a brand of Data Bridge Studio LLC. This policy explains what we collect through winyourzip.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, company, mobile number, email address, company website, the main phone number homeowners call, the zips or service area you work, the job types you want, how far you travel, your current lead sources, your monthly lead spend and your preferred call times.

Consent records. For each submission we store the exact consent and authorization text you saw, its version, the date and time, your IP address, your browser’s user agent and the page address.

Information collected automatically. Standard web logs and analytics: pages visited, the link or campaign that brought you here, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. We may use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, for this.

How we use it

• To run the Lead Response Audit you asked for, including contacting your company’s public intake channels the way a homeowner would during the 7-day test window you authorized.
• To prepare and deliver your report and schedule your results call.
• To check lead availability in the zips you gave us and respond to your request.
• To contact you by phone, text and email about your audit, availability and related services, where you have agreed to that.
• To operate, secure and improve the site.
• To meet legal obligations and keep records of consent.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, we may send you confirmations, reminders and replies about your audit, availability and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as hosting, analytics, customer-relationship, scheduling, email and telephony providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Affiliates under common ownership with Data Bridge Studio, for the purposes above.
• Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to lawful requests or protecting our rights and the safety of others.
• A business transfer, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Calls and emails: tell us at hello@winyourzip.com and we will stop. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Access, correction and deletion: email hello@winyourzip.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor those rights and will not treat you differently for exercising them.
• Cookies and analytics: you can block cookies in your browser and use Google’s opt-out tools for Google Analytics.

Retention and security

We keep form submissions and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to show compliance, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
